SSH Keys section

CROC Cloud supports authentication based on public SSH keys. Such authentication provides additional security and can be more handy than traditional password-based authentication.

Adding a key

Enter the key name and click некартинка_14 to add new SSH key.

In the management console there are several methods to add SSH keys:

  • Create key on server – password is automatically generated by CROC Cloud.
  • Import key to server – using key created by user.

Select the adding method, enter SSH key name and click некартинка_15.

SSH key name can only contain Latin letters and numbers. Save the private part of the key on local PC. Select the created SSH key when launching the instance.

Deleting a key

Click некартинка_16 to delete the selected SSH key.

Deleted SSH keys can’t be restored.
